A short walk to parks Lill-Jansskogen, Djurgården and Gärdet. The area is surrounded by beautiful architecture, sights, museums, shopping, culture, arts, restaurants, water fronts and nature. All the walls are painted in a harmonised white colour. The interior is white-beige. Matching linen curtains in all rooms allowing light but giving privacy. The apartment has classic wooden floors and 3,3 meters high ceilings. Bright with direct sun light in the mornings. Dimmable lights. Window lights can be set on a timer, making fall-winter mornings pleasant to wake up to and evenings cosy to come home to. The floor plan allows room for all things needed and offers storage. Description: Bedroom - Dubble bed with high quality pocket spring mattress and cover mattress. High and low pillows. Winter and summer duvet. Bed linens are included. Weighted blankets included upon request. White comfortable carpet. Closet along the entire wall from floor to ceiling. Blinds and light blocking curtains. Laundry basket. There is a nice tent and camping gear that you are welcome to borrow, air mattress and extra bedding for guests. This completly furnished and newly renovated apartment includes: 3 separate bedrooms, large livingroom and large kitchen, bathroom with shower, bath and WC and an extra WC.The apartment has its own entrance and it is on the first floor of the house.Fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and everything necessary for comfortable cooking. A combined washing machine with dryer is placed in the bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, table, chair. You need to be a calm, caring and responsible person, who is able to cooperate with other students and with us.We would like you to have experience of housework, because the room is a part of a shared apartment. We are a small family who lives on the second floor of the house and we value being considerate and respectful.One of us in the family is self-employed and has a workspace in the house. The house is placed only 2 minutes from the bus stop and there are very good bus connections to Falun.Buses depart often and they stop in front of the University before arriving at the centre of Falun. It takes 10-15 min by bus to the University.The supermarket and the pizza restaurant are only 2 minutes away.Quiet surroundings and beautiful nature.
