A Cosy 1 Bedroom Apartment In Lund Uthyres

Hello :) Please read everything before reaching out. I am considering renting out one of the rooms in my apartment. The apartment is located very centrally in the Triangeln/Möllan area. About 250m from Triangeln station and 150m from Möllevangstorget, so ideal for daily commuters and those who enjoys the city’s nightlife. The apartment is approximately 120m2, is on the top floor and has a west facing balcony. It is a “plus” apartment and everything was newly renovated when I moved in in 2020. It is equipped with its own washer and dryer, dedicated laundry/storage room, dishwasher and full fridge and freezer. There are 2 large bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge, and 3 bedrooms. All of the apartment receives lots of natural light, has a very cosy feel and is tastefully furnished. Please note it would just be the 2 of us sharing the apartment, the 3rd bedroom would be shared as a common area/walk-in dressing room. Rent will be approx. 9000SEK/month. The building also contains undergrounding parking which is available to rent and has a large central courtyard with several BBQ stands and common areas. About me: I am 31 years old and a dual South African/Swedish citizen, have been living in Sweden around 7 years and originally came here to do my PhD. I work part time at Lund University as a researcher and part time in the Lund University Hospital as a bypass and organ perfusionist. In the week i am very busy but always enjoy relaxing and cooking at home after work. I really love living in Malmö, especially for the summers and like to spend a lot of time out at the sea, wakeboarding, swimming and hanging out with friends. Don’t have any special requirements as for a potential roommate other than super basic things, just looking for a chilled, friendly person. Moving in is possible from beginning of May.
