You will share with one female Lund University professional, in mid 40s. I live in a big apartment (125 sqm) in central Lund, close to the train station. I have a big room (30 sqm) that I rent out to a commuter/part-time resident. I now look for a new person to sublet from mid-June. The apartment is shared with me only. I've shared my home with different persons over the years, and it works really well! The two bedrooms are in different parts of the big apartment. It is fully furnished, and everything (electricity, heating, water etc.) is included. The big spare bedroom has a double bed, desk with working area/dinner table, wardrobe, armchair etc. Bed linen, towels etc. included. Kitchen with whatever you might need to store and cook food. I look for someone who will need this part-time, maybe commuting within Sweden, or from another country. Maybe instead of hotel or a whole own apartment? One person, no smoking. There will be an extra charge of 500 SEK, since I will buy all consumables in a household, including washing and cleaning. Photos, more info etc. can of course be sent. (I can sublet full time from June 15th until end of August or so, but not a full semester. Just write and ask) Of course it's totally legal for me to sublet like this. The rent is also acceptable according to Swedish laws. I will not ask for any weird electronic verification... You will get my full identity when we start writing! Welcome!

Our beautiful fully furnished house is nestled among Birch trees and close to the seaside. It features a spacious lawn with a garage and extra outdoor parking or storage space. Recently renovated, the house offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single beds (90x200) that can be combined into a double bed. Although the bedrooms have limited storage, the adjacent hallway provides ample cupboard space with a total of six cupboards. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub/shower, and sink, while downstairs, an additional toilet is available. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining area, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, kettle, and all necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, and glasses for up to 6 people. The living room features a large sofa convertible into a sofa bed, as well as a smaller sofa with similar capabilities. Additionally, there is a television and WiFi access. The basement facilitates recycling and laundry, with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board provided. The front entrance boasts an extra storage cupboard, and although the basement is currently storing some items, it does not occupy much space. It's important to note that the bathroom toilets use well water, which may have a slight brown tint. Rent does not include linen, towels, electricity and heating. Water and Garbage removal is included.
