We are heading overseas for 6 months, our lovely home a 1 bedroom fully furnished modern apartment in heart of kålgården is available for a short term rental (October 2024 until March 2025). The apartment is fresh and is modern with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom. The lounge is cozy with a TV and the bedroom has a king sized bed with a wardrobe. The kitchen is modern with dishwasher, conduction stove, microwave and has dishes, cooking utensils. Parking is included in the basement. There is a cycle room for your bicycle. The inner garden has a party location for hire, outdoor gym and playground for kids. There is a separate overnight apartment available for rent for friends or family who visit (sleeps 6). TV, Internet, water and electricity are included in the rental price.

You need to be a calm, caring and responsible person, who is able to cooperate with other students and with us.We would like you to have experience of housework, because the room is a part of a shared apartment. We are a small family who lives on the second floor of the house and we value being considerate and respectful.One of us in the family is self-employed and has a workspace in the house. The house is placed only 2 minutes from the bus stop and there are very good bus connections to Falun.Buses depart often and they stop in front of the University before arriving at the centre of Falun. It takes 10-15 min by bus to the University.The supermarket and the pizza restaurant are only 2 minutes away.Quiet surroundings and beautiful nature. RENT: ROOM 1 and 2: 3700 SEK, ROOM 3: 3200 SEK per month. Language: Swedish and English. No other additional costs!
