I am looking for the second person - preferably an international visiting student or a researcher – to share my 84 m2 apartment. The apartment is in a quiet and popular area, which is 5 minutes biking distance (1 km) to the University campus and 10 minutes biking distance (2 km) to the city center and hospital. Excellent bus connections are available nearby. A forest area (Rydskogen) and open-air sports center (Ryds motioncentrum) are only 200 meters away. You will have the smaller bedroom as your private space (~15 m2). The room has a walk-in closet to store all your stuff. You will also have shared access to kitchen, living room, toilet, and bathroom and laundry facilities. Your room and the rest of the apartment are fully furnished and equipped. There is good broadband internet connection. This rental offer is for one person only. I am looking for a responsible person who will help maintain joy, order, health and hygiene in the apartment and who will respect others living in the apartment and the building. Friend visits and dinner gatherings are most welcome, but late and/or loud parties are not allowed. Smoking is strictly not allowed. The monthly rent is 5250 SEK (please note that the Blocket system by default assumes the rental contract will be signed through their services and therefore shows a different rent. I plan to use a rental contract based on the templates provided Swedish Real Estate Agency, therefore the rent will only be 5250 SEK/month). The rent covers heating, warm and cold water, electricity, internet connection, waste management, cleaning of the stairway, and access to all facilities. The house is placed on the same property as our family villa as a separate building, with its own entrance, patio and parking. Only a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, services and two red line metro stations (Mälarhöjden/Västertorp) which take you to Stockholm Central Station in less than 20 minutes (to Söder within 10 minutes). If you have a car, it is close to the E4 with only about 10 minutes to e.g. Kungens Kurva and Älvsjömässan. *Rent: SEK 14,900 a month - all included (to be paid monthly in advance). No additional Qasa fees applies. *What is included: Electricity, heating, water, broadband (wifi), furniture, kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, private entrance, patio and parking for 1 car. There is no separate storage room. *Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Payable in conjunction with contract signing. *Rental period: By agreement. Available for a specified and agreed rental period only - not for the indefinite long term. *Termination period: The rental agreement is terminated automatically at the agreed end date without the need for notice from either party. You have a stable income and no payment remarks. You are responsible and show common judgment, respect your neighbours, take care of the home and do not smoke/bring pets. Room for rent in a well kept flat at a "close-to-most-things-in-town" location. The room and the flat is furnished and well kept. The rent includes amenities like internet and electricity. The flat is on the third floor of three. There is no elevator, but the stairs are compensated for by a good view and a sunny balcony in a calm park-like area near the centre of town - on the top of one of its hills. Female vegetarians have an advantage, as I am also a vegetarian.. One room each and the remaining 60m2 in the flat are shared. Including a fully equipped kitchen and access to all other facilities, parquet floors in all rooms and with a lot of flowers in the apartment. The atmosphere in the house is very relaxed, with a number of people having lived here over the last many years. The tenant can have visitors coming, but not to stay permanently. The common laundry in the house, with drying facilities, have time slots available daily. The place is located with the most central areas of town within easy reach, and with an extra bicycle available for free if so needed. A large number of public transport alternatives, in all directions, are available at Wavriskys Plats – some 200m away. While e.t. Chalmers and the School of Economics are 10 min walking distance away.
