With two opposing balconies and generous windows, this apartment is bright with plenty of natural light. Opening both balconies allows for a nice flow of air through the apartment. The kitchen is large with lots of storage space and the dinner table can be folded from 6 seats into 2 or 4 seats. The living room is spacious and has a new couch, a table and a TV. It opens up to another room with a desk suitable for hobbies, working from home, or for children. The bedroom is large with a 200 cm bed and two wardrobes. Next to the bed is the door to a walk-in closet with automatic lights. With strong WiFi and plenty of CAT-cable outlets, internet can be accessed wherever you sit. Internet is included in the rent, as well as electricity and water. The neighbourhood features lots of restaurants, bakeries and two gyms, as well as a shopping district - all within walking distance. From a nearby transport hub you can take buses and trams towards a wide variety of places in and around Gothenburg. The city centre is 10 minutes away with the tram. We have moved to another city in Sweden for studies and are looking to rent our apartment to someone who will take good care of it.
