It is equipped with cutlery, a fridge, induction cooking, oven incl. microwave, cattle, and bathroom with bathtub. The Philips Hue lights are dimmable. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are available as well. COST Rent is 12.900 and paid directly to me. Rent is paid monthly in advance. Included in the rent are: Fast internet (500/500 Mbit/s), heating, water, all costs for the house and housing association (förening). Electricity is added as a flexible cost according to your consumption (on average 150 SEK per month during this year). The deposit is equal to 1 monthly rent. As the owner of the flat, I will obtain a signed approval of sublet from the housing association with your name on it. LOCATION The address is Pastellvägen 13, 121 36 Johanneshov (Stockholms Län). Within 4 min. walk, you reach the closest station of the green line Blåsut / Skärmarbrink 7 min. / Globen 8 min. Within a 5 min. bike ride you reach Södermalm. Within 10 min. bike ride you reach Nacka Naturreservat with beautiful lakes where you can swim. The flat is on the ground floor, but because of the slope in the garden, you feel like you are on the first floor. The morning sun shines through the windows to the east. The flat is quiet, even with the windows open. Deers and hares roam the field behind the house. ABOUT THE HOUSE The laundry room is booked with pen and paper: Here you can use two washing machines, a tumble dryer and ventilated drying room. The house is well maintained. There is a terrace with grill in the garden. There is a bike garage. VISIT I will book visits (in person/video call) continuously during the next days. TENANT I am looking for someone who is reliable, keeps my flat clean and is considerate of neighbours. I prefer candidates who can provide references and financial stability. You need a hemförsäkring (Swedish house and liability insurance). No pets or indoors-smoking.
