The apartment is a 1.5 room apartment on the highest floor of the building, with a wide spread view of all of southern Stockholm, from Heron City to Globen. The apartment is south facing and you will be able to enjoy the sun on the balcony from early morning to late evenings during the summer months. The apartment consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower, a newly renovated walk-in closet as well as a sleeping alcove, separated by curtains. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped with a dishwasher, kitchenware, cleaning supplies (including a robot vacuum) and everything else you will need to live here. You will also get access to a storage area in the attic. Everything will be included in the rent you pay, including internet and electricity, you will not need to pay anything extra on top. The apartment building has a shared laundry room at the entrance floor that you will need to book manually. Currently there is also an ongoing renovation on the roof to make a shared rooftop area where you could have a barbecue, which should be finished by the end of august, so hopefully you will be able to enjoy that. The apartment is located in the heart of Hägerstensåsen, where you will have easy access to both of the red subway lines, as well as a direct bus to Liljeholmen. In the area you will find a lot of great restaurants (feel free to reach out to me if you want recommendations), gyms and Stockholms best climbing hall, Klättercenter Telefonplan, all within a short walking distance. I am renting out this apartment for one year while I am living abroad, but since my future plans are not quite decided it could be possible to prolong the contract.
