Fully equipped "tiny house" of a total 33 sqm with 2,5 rooms (a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a loft) available for rent in lovely Mälarhöjden (Hägersten), just 20 minutes from the city center by metro and near both water and green areas. Perfect for a professional couple or person looking for temporary furnished accomodation and reliable landlords. The house is placed on the same property as our family villa as a separate building, with its own entrance, patio and parking. Only a 10 minute walk to grocery stores, services and two red line metro stations (Mälarhöjden/Västertorp) which take you to Stockholm Central Station in less than 20 minutes (to Söder within 10 minutes). If you have a car, it is close to the E4 with only about 10 minutes to e.g. Kungens Kurva and Älvsjömässan. *Rent: SEK 14,900 a month - all included (to be paid monthly in advance). No additional Qasa fees applies. *What is included: Electricity, heating, water, broadband (wifi), furniture, kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, private entrance, patio and parking for 1 car. There is no separate storage room. *Deposit: 1 month’s rent. Payable in conjunction with contract signing. *Rental period: By agreement. Available for a specified and agreed rental period only - not for the indefinite long term. *Termination period: The rental agreement is terminated automatically at the agreed end date without the need for notice from either party. Should one party wish to terminate the agreement beforehand, the tenant has a 1 month notice period and the landlord a 3 month notice period (in accordance with the relevant Swedish legislation). *Contract: A written contract will be entered (one copy for each party). --Who are we?-- We are a friendly Swedish family with two professional adults and two children of 9 and 6 years. We enjoy hosting and have had several guests staying with us (e.g from SE, FR, PL & CZ). Since the house is on our property, our priority is to find a tenant that would be a "good fit" for the house and us as landlords. --Who are you?-- You are most likely a professional couple or person looking for comfortable temporary housing for a short to mid-term length. You have a stable income and no payment remarks. You are responsible and show common judgment, respect your neighbours, take care of the home and do not smoke/bring pets. Please note that personal information, proof of employment/income and potentially references will be requested before any contract is entered.
