Within walking distance to Limhamn’s center, city buses, the habour and the beach, it offers a comfortable and convenient location. The apartment is on the ground floor and features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a living room, as well as a separate bedroom/home office and a smaller bathroom. From the living room, you can access a veranda that connects to the garden. On the upper floor is the second apartment, home to a friendly and reliable long-term tenant with a lovely cat. The house is a classic 1950s design with shared spaces as a staircase and a basement laundry room. There are two washing machines, a dryer, and drying facilities with an efficient dehumidifier. We see this as an opportunity for someone to "transition" while searching for a more permanent residence in Malmö/Limhamn. This is our home, and we hope to find someone who values the chance to live in a practical, cozy, and fully equipped home ready to move into for a short period. A parking space is included. Separate electricity meter; electricity costs are approximately 600–800 SEK/month.
