Introducing our newly built and spacious apartment (85 sqm), with abundant natural light, and a modern design. Built in 2019, this newly constructed space features top-of-the-line appliances, 3 inviting bedrooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a modern kitchen including an exceptional coffee machine. Our kitchen is equipped with shared amenities, and we'll have a cleaning service for the common area. All bedrooms are fully furnished (with bed/mattress, closet, working desk, and desk chair). The common area is shared (bathroom and kitchen). About the space: + Sophisticated design + Bright with many windows + Top modern and fully equipped kitchen + Modern bathroom with bathtub and towel warmer + Wooden floors + Shared Terrace + Common backyard behind the house with barbecue area (needs to be reserved) Bedroom 2: - 10sqm - 1,20cm bed - Window towards the inner garden - Rent 7650kr/month The rent is inclusive heating & warm/cold water. Additional costs (electricity, Wi-Fi, home insurance, cleaning) will be split amongst all (ca. 600kr/month/person). The deposit is 1-2 month's rent. The move-in date is the 1st of March, but an earlier starting date can be discussed. The contract is without time limitation We, Tomé (31, likes running, snowboarding, and sailing; Product Manager in FinTech) and Lena (31, likes dancing and baking, and sometimes goes bouldering; PhD student IT Consultant in MedTech) are staying in a 1 room apartment one floor below the shared apartment. You will be sharing the space of the upper 85 sqm apartment with Tanja (30, likes cooking and dancing; Research Assistant in Child Education) and Štěpán (27, likes climbing, running and hiking; Researcher/PhD Student in Neuroscience and Psychology). Location: The apartment is close to a few food stores, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, and Rissne metro station. Plus, if you like nature, the park/forest is super close by as well :) - Metro: The closest metro station is about 5 mins walking from the apartment ('Rissne'). From the metro station, it then takes 15 mins to get to the City Center via metro. - Bus: The closest bus station is right in front of the apartment ('Lavettvägen'). Tvärbana: The tvärnana extension just around the corner is being finished soon, which will take you to Kista and Bromma in no time. - Car: You can use the public street parking slots in neighboring streets.
