The nicest thing (I believe) with this place is that I'm barely there as I work all the time. I'm there one hour after I have slept, and one hour before I go to bed. My current routine is that I leave home 06:00 and I'm back 20:30. This includes weekends. This means a lot of privacy for you to do whatever you would like to do, say invite friends or so on and be undisturbed by me. We can make it so that I message you an hour before I head home, if I would come home on some random time outside my regular routine. (I have a very consistent routine). Your room has two drawers, a bed, but not much more unfortunately. Some storage under the bed. Another nice thing is that I never use the living room. So you can put whatever you like in it. Or do whatever you would like in it (without any physical modifications to floor or walls) It currently has a table, two shares and two big shelves. It is pretty empty, it echoes a bit. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, two mirror cabinets. The only thing that is very important for me is being undisturbed when I get home. You can have company over when I am home, only if that does not disturb me in any way. This because I really need to rest mentaly. Else, you can of course have people over anytime I'm not there. In general, noise is the thing that disturbs me, so you can probably do anything that doesn't make too much noises when I'm home, and especially when I sleep. Another importan thing for me is having the appartiment clean and well organized. When you have used our common spaces (kitchen and toilet) it is good for me to use. I'm OK with pets that aren't too big, annoying or smell (no dogs, screaming birds). If you have a pet, the hygine is super important so there is no smell or uncleaniness in the rest of the appartement. If you would like to throw a party some day, I'm not totally against it, it's negotiable, but can't happen often at all as I would have to sleep somewhere else. If you smoke tobacco that is fine as long as you only smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
