Right in the center of town, on the Aveny, you'll find our wonderful 3 bedroom apartment (Svenska; 5 rok) The available room faces the Avenyn and sports its own door to the fully furnished balcony. The view from here, and indeed from your room, is like a Gbg post-card. Interior wise: the room can be fully furnished or empty for you to furnish - in which case the rent is a bit lower. You also have your own door to the larger of our 2 bathrooms, which is fully tiled, has a large tub and shower, and is shared. Common areas are the hallway, kitchen and huge living room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The living room has various instruments, reading spots and a media corner. Oh, and some large animal enclosures - read on Laundry facilities are available in the basement and there is a room there to park a bicycle as well if you happen to own one. Aside from the husband/wife team and our other flatmate, the apartment is also home to a Lhasa Apso (dog) a Persian (cat), several parrots and some reptiles. If you are allergic to or scared of these animals, this is likely not the accommodation for you. That said, we do take ourselves and our mini zoo to our forest cottage for quite significant stretches of time. So what are we looking for in a flat mate? You are probably 25+, reasonably tidy and have a stable economy with most of your day time activity outside of the home. Neurodiversity is welcome, some tribe members already present. A two-month security deposit is required when you move in, which is returned (assuming no damages) when you move out, and communal costs (approx. 550 pp) are in addition to the rent stated at the top of this ad. The minimum term of contract is 6 months. However, there is no upper limit and so far our longest-term flat mate stayed for almost 3 years. Write us a message and tell us about yourself!
