Room has it own balcony, hardwood floors, great sunlight facing southwest with a lovely little stand of trees out back where a little deer sometimes come in from the woods to snack on the bushes. :) COUPLES AND FAMILIES PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. The Tunnelbana station is a minute away, only three stops to Södermalm, ten minutes to T Centralen downtown. Fully equipped kitchen has all the pots and pans and tableware you need; bedclothes and towels are provided; free wifi but also you can plug into fiber optic internet for higher speed. A minute down the street is the local square with a Coop supermarket, a 7-11, shoemaker/dry cleaner, pharmacy/apoteket, restaurants. If you just need a short term place to stay in Stockholm to start out here or for professional reasons, this is it. All you really need to move in is your toothbrush. Oh, payment is via paypal in euros only.

Delen som hyrs ut är en 3:a på 80 kvm som är helt separat och självständigt med innervägg och dörr i hallen som har 2 sovrum, stort vardagsrum, stort kök, badrum och och balkong i nionde våningen mot Årsta fältet.Lägenheten är helt möblerad och hela huset och lägenheten är nyligen helt renoverade och stambyte och är väldigt fint, ljus och fräsch med många garderober i alla rum. Lägenheten ligger nära Årsta centrum och tvärbanan Valla torg och pendeltågsstationen Årstaberg. Det finns väldigt bra förbindelser med buss direkt till Gullmarsplan och Skanstull. Det tar ungefär 10 minuter med bil till centralen. Endast 250 meter från huset, ligger Årsta Centrum med ICA matbutik, Lidl, apotek, bibliotek, flera gym, vårdcentral, restaurang, etc. Jag har bott i 14 år i denna lägenhet och trivs väldigt bra. Lägenheten är varm på alla sätt och samtidigt med mycket plats att röra sig i ett område som känns tryggt och hemtrevligt. Det finns stor tvättstuga, cykelrum i bottenplan. Månadshyran är 12000 kr. I hyran ingår avgiften för värme och vatten. Ömsesidig uppsägningstid är tre månader. A large, bright and well-planned apartment in Årsta, rented to people with organized finances. The part that is rented out is 80 sqm which is completely separate and independent with an interior wall and door in the hall which has 2 large bedrooms, large living room, large kitchen, bathroom and balcony on the ninth floor with a good view.The kitchen and bathroom are not shared and used only by the tenant. The apartment is fully furnished and the entire house and apartment have recently been completely renovated and changed and is very nice, bright and fresh with many wardrobes in all rooms. The apartment is close to the center of Årsta and the Valla Torg crossing and the Årstaberg commuter train station. There are very good connections by bus directly to Gullmarsplan and Skanstull. It takes about 10 minutes by car to the center. Only 250 meters from the house, is Årsta Centrum with ICA grocery store, Lidl, pharmacy, libraThry, several gyms, health center, restaurant, etc. I have lived in this apartment for 14 years and enjoy it very much. The apartment is warm in every way and at the same time with plenty of space to move around in an area that feels safe and homely. There is a large laundry room, bicycle room on the ground floor. The monthly rent is SEK 12,000. The rent includes the fee for heat and water. Mutual notice period is three months.
