We have a fully furnished private room available in our stylish three-bedroom apartment, ready for move-in from November 1st, 2024. Our apartment, built in 2017, comes equipped with everything you might need, including a luxurious walk-in shower, integrated kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and beautiful parquet flooring throughout. You'll be sharing the space with two others: a future civil engineer and a final-year civil engineering student. The monthly rent is SEK 7,200, and this includes all utilities—heating, water, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, electricity, and ultra-fast internet. A deposit equal to one month’s rent is required when signing the contract. We’re looking for a single roommate (no couples, pets, or personal furniture, please). Our aim is to maintain a calm and quiet home, so no parties or frequent guests. The location is fantastic! Just steps away from the Jaktgatan bus stop and only 800 meters from the Ropsten metro station. Hi, We're offering a 5-week stay in our lovely apartment in Årsta (Stockholm), at Årstavägen 21. The apartment is available from the 10th of July, until 14th of August. The apartment is 63sqm big, with two bedrooms, a large living room, a tiny bathroom (but with a washing machine) and a separate kitchen. The apartment is recently renovated and in overall good condition. The best thing about the apartment is definitely the great balcony, with sun from around 14.00 until 20.00 and doors from both bedrooms. Årsta is also a great place to live. It is close to the city centre, but there are also forests, restaurants and cafés close to our apartment in Årsta. For example, Två Små Svin is a super-popular restaurant, with a nice outdoor seating area, just 300m from the apartment. Communications is also great, with frequent buses and trams to both Årstaberg/Gullmarsplan/Liljeholmen, along with the train from Årstaberg (going to Bålsta/Uppsala or Södertälje/Nynäshamn). We're looking for a calm and respectful tenant, who will take good care of the apartment and treat all of our neighbours with respect. Smokers and people with pets are unfortunately not welcome to rent the apartment. We will spend the summer away from Stockholm, enjoying our time with our 2-year-old son. At the monthly price of 25 000kr, wi-fi & water (and heat) are included. Electricity will be added. The apartment is rented out with furniture and everything you need. If you are a 1-personhold we can negotiate a lower price. Please write (either in Swedish or English) if you are interested!
