Rooms for students in a shared apartment in Grycksbo, 12 km away from Falun. This completly furnished and newly renovated apartment includes: 3 separate bedrooms, large livingroom and large kitchen, bathroom with shower, bath and WC and an extra WC.The apartment has its own entrance and it is on the first floor of the house.Fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and everything necessary for comfortable cooking. A combined washing machine with dryer is placed in the bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, table, chair. You need to be a calm, caring and responsible person, who is able to cooperate with other students and with us.We would like you to have experience of housework, because the room is a part of a shared apartment. We are a small family who lives on the second floor of the house and we value being considerate and respectful.One of us in the family is self-employed and has a workspace in the house. The house is placed only 2 minutes from the bus stop and there are very good bus connections to Falun.Buses depart often and they stop in front of the University before arriving at the centre of Falun. It takes 10-15 min by bus to the University.The supermarket and the pizza restaurant are only 2 minutes away.Quiet surroundings and beautiful nature. RENT: ROOM 1 and 2: 3700 SEK, ROOM 3: 3200 SEK per month. Language: Swedish and English. No other additional costs! (*Water and electricity price can go higher depends on the extra use). Large living room with exit to large balcony which I will occupy for myself. The room is bright, spacious and lightly furnished, and there is space for both a larger sofa group and a dining area. From the living room you reach the beautiful western balcony. Plenty of space for outdoor furniture. (*Its possible to rent whole apartment when I am not in Gothenburg as I travel very often in regards to my job purposes). Kitchen with plenty of work surfaces and cupboard storage. The machinery consists of a combined fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, fan, built-in oven and microwave. Bright walls and floors. The bathroom is fully tiled in light shades and equipped with a toilet, wash basin, shower and mirror cabinet. Laundry is in the basement. The bedroom is spacious, and the double bed easily fits. Storage options through the wardrobe. White walls and a wooden floor. I am looking for a responsible tenant with a stable income who pays the rent on time and does not disturb the neighbors.
